Under certain conditions, shipments of parts regularly carried in stock may be eligible for return.

1. Special orders may not be eligible for return, unless the parts are defective or if there was a mistake on our part.
2. Regular Stocking Items are eligible for return if you notify us within sixty (60) days of invoice date.
3. You must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning merchandise. Please mark the RMA number on the paperwork and on the outside of the box. Customers who do not obtain an RMA may have the return shipment refused.
4. Merchandise accepted for return for any other reason than our mistake, defect or deficiency is subject to a 15% restocking charge.
5. Merchandise must be returned by the freight carrier via the method and instructions provided with the RMA# instructions. AGA will credit outbound freight and pay inbound return freight only if incorrect, defective or deficient parts were sent. All other returns must be sent freight prepaid.
6. Merchandise quoted “As-Is”, and/or “Subject To Your Inspection and Acceptance” is eligible to be returned without a re-stocking charge for full credit, less freight charges.
