Inside Sales & Social Media; F/T, Permanent

AirGroup America, Inc. has built its business on relationships. Our longstanding B2B customers are Domestic and International MRO's, FAA-145 Repair Stations, Airlines and military.

 

We are looking for a highly reputable and personable individual to grow with the company and provide inside sales support to new and existing customers, to introduce AirGroup America, Inc. to potential customers, and support social media marketing and Vertical Response email campaigns.

 

Aviation and Inside Sales experience is preferred, but will train the right candidate with the good customer service skills, computer skills and a very positive attitude. Starting salary depends on your experience, but earnings growth depends on your performance, effort and attitude. Health and Dental Benefits, paid vacation and paid sick days are offered.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:    

 

1.      Make regular phone contact with existing customers

2.      Make introduction calls to potential customers

3.      Develop and maintain close customer relationships

4.      Answer customer RFQ's via phone, fax and email

5.      Identify opportunities for sales growth

6.      Assist in sales & marketing planning

7.      Manage Company Social Media efforts including Linked-In, Twitter, Facebook, etc.

8.      Manage Vertical Response email campaigns

9.      Create Newsletters 

10.    Other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS:   

 

•  Proficiency with social media networking tools including Linked In, FaceBook, Twitter, Vertical Response, etc.

•  High School Graduate or GED required. College Degree preferred.

•  Military Veterans receive preferential consideration.

•  Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

•  High energy, integrity, positive mental attitude and solid work ethic essential.

•  Aerospace, aftermarket and FAA-PMA experience a strong differentiator.

•  Specialty Bearing product knowledge is very helpful but not essential.

•  Prior Inside sales experience is preferred by not essential. We will train the right person.

•  Established relationships with key airline and MRO customers a strong plus.

•  Strong ability to work independently.

•  Ability to think creatively, exercise sound business judgment and continuously multi-task

•  Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word & Outlook is required.

•  Experience with Component Control a strong plus.

 

Location- About 35 minutes north of Pittsburgh, PA. near Cranberry Twp. PA. Convenient to I-79 & PA Turnpike.
